They did a great job with a lift and tint last time I was here, but today they did a really sub-par job. My lashes don’t look half as lifted and the lashes on one of my eyes were partially glued to my eyelid at a downward angle because of the serum that the tech put on at the end. Must have been a new tech. Likely won’t come here again 🙁

I previously gave this place 1 star because of a crazy scheduling ordeal that I went through, but it’s only fair to update after what they did next. Immediately after I left they reached out to me and messaged me to apologize for what happened and asked me to come give them a try and promised that they would give me my first service free of charge if I give them a shot. After finally cooling down after the ordeal I decided to schedule my appointment and try them because after all they had a bunch of good reviews which is why I wanted to try them to begin with. I had Jessie as my tech and she did an amazing job. She was very nice and walked me through what I wanted to do and then got straight to work. She was super fast (not rushed fast, but efficient fast) which is always a plus. What I also appreciated was that she decided she was going to do 110 lashes per eye despite this being a free-of-charge visit. She could have easily put a limit, but she didn’t. Overall very good experience and so far my lashes look great the next day with no fall out. Thank you Lash Bar for your customer service and for remedying my previous issue and handling it professionally. See you for my refill!

Best lash place hands down. Jessie is a god. She listens to what you want and never fails to give you the perfect eyelashes. Very good customer service – always making time for an appointment for me last minute. Always willing to help the client. I’ve tried multiple eyelash places and none of them compare to Manhasset lash bar, even when I remove my eyelashes there is minimal damage to my real lashes. Go! You won’t regret it.

I loved this place in the beginning. I was a customer for over a year. I always call with plenty of time to schedule an appointment and it’s become nothing up difficult to get in. I always paid full price ($140) for a new set every time I went in. Once I started having difficulty seeing “Sue” I switched to “Jessie” then I couldn’t get in at all. As a long standing client I feel the customer service is terrible and they did nothing to rectify the situation. So as stated before, in the beginning they were wonderful and accommodating. Now, not so much. Felt I needed to put my experience out there.

I came in today for my lash extensions for the first time and my technician did a great job! I have been to other lash extension salons, but Manhasset is by far clean and has a friendly environment. For a natural look I recommend 90pcs. Consultation was quick and my technician was very understanding!
