I have been seeing Catherine since summer of 2021 for treatment as I waited for hip replacement surgery last September. She has carefully and intuitively and gradually improved my physical health in countless ways. She has been largely responsible for my being where I am post op in aiding my flexibility, lessening pain and addressing so many related issues that have vastly improved my quality of life! At six months post op I am walking, gardening, chasing grandchildren and enjoying my life in ways that have not been possible in the past 4 years. Catherine understands the mind body connection and also the mechanics of the body in aiding in repair of non functioning areas. I’m 68 years old and continue to improve with each visit to this caring and talented health care provider.

Catherine is absolutely AMAZING! She has helped my Lupus so much and makes me feel better. She has a wonderful knowledge of the body and how it works. Her approach is very mindful of the areas I have pain and her goal is for me to leave our session with relief. I have horrible Lupus flares and Catherine has learned how to help my inflammation and pain so that I don’t have to take steroids. Catherine is the sweetest person you will ever meet and truly cares about her clients. I can’t say enough nice things about her and I’m so grateful to have found her.
