Heather amazing person! I take my grown daughter to her. She has a cognitive delay and wears a cochlear implant. She has to remove her implant for haircut leaving her completely deaf. Heather is so patient, caring & gentle with her. We tried multiple salons & no one could quite grasp-(deaf means can’t hear you). Heather gets it!! My daughter feels at ease & can be herself <3 Salon is very peaceful & personal. 5 stars.
