About two inches of my ends looked like a witch’s broom and I was devastated and in tears afterwards. Right away Rebecca sought to determine what had gone wrong with my coloring process. She didn’t want to just chop it off; she want s to know what had happened and how to prevent it. I’ve been coloring at home because it is really difficult to find a stylist who is comfortable and skilled with copper colored (like natural red) hair without making it burgundy or giving me hot roots but Rebecca spoke knowledgeably as well as compassionately about this process. Not only did she give me a really great style while getting rid of my damaged hair, but I will be seeing her in a few weeks to have her do my color, as well. I’m so impressed that I think I’ve found my new permanent stylist and, instead of being anxious, I can’t wait to see what she does with my color! Rebecca worked me into her schedule very quickly when I called saying I had experienced a hair disaster while using a new coloring agent at home. About two inches of my ends looked like a witch’s broom and I was devastated and in tears afterwards. Right away Rebecca sought to determine what had gone wrong with my coloring process. Ive been using box dye for 14 years and went in knowing my hair was so damaged but i REALLY wanted a change so decided to just go in and see what the stylist thought. I met with Rebecca who was so professional and helpful. She made me feel at ease and although I had no appointment, she got me in right away and spent 2.5hours on my hair and I absolutely loved the results! I wanted my very dark/reddish hair to be much lighter for summertime approaching. She did a better job than I even envisioned. She was super sweet, social and I could tell she takes pride in her work. I will always recommend mane tease and rebecca going forward. Great experience! I went in super nervous today because I havent been to a salon in 14 years due to my last experience being so horrible. Ive been using box dye for 14 years and went in knowing my hair was so damaged but i REALLY wanted a change so decided to just go in and see what the stylist thought. I met with Rebecca who was so professional and helpful. She made me feel at ease and although I had no appointment, she got me in right away and spent 2.5hours on my hair and I absolutely loved the results!
