I took my girlfriend to get her hair cut at this location and it seemed like a good place. But when my girlfriend finished getting her cut it was not what she wanted my gf has a lot of anxiety so it’s hard for her to speak up but she had asked for her hair to be cut to her shoulders but that is not what she got. I don’t understand what the point is on asking the customer what they would like if you’re just going to do whatever you want definitely not going to take her to this location you would think that a local place would want to take care of there local people.

If you’re a new client… don’t ever buy a gift certificate from this salon. They’ll take your money & then when it comes time for you to use it, they won’t answer any of your calls or messages to make an appointment with it. You’ll have to call and act like you’re just getting a service done without the certificate & “bamboozle” them with it at payment time.

I LOVE going in to see Stormy there! She is super friendly and does amazing work! I would recommend her to anyone. Definitely worth the phone call to setup an appointment.
