I had to write a review..Isabel was my hairstylist. She was amazing.. walked me through the process of getting my highlights. She chose a great color for my hair. I am in absolute love with my hair now. I get asked all the time where I got it done and I tell people and highly recommend you guys. Best salon ever. Thanks so much Isabel! ☺️ Oh and I almost forgot to mention….how could I? Isabel also did an amazing job helping me get my ears re-pierced. Its been a week now and my ears have not bothered me at all. Amazing job!

Best hair experience I’ve had. The staff was friendly and easy to get along with. I showed Heather what I was thinking about on my pinterest board and told her my only requirement was I needed to be able to pull my hair up. We agreed on the red and purple theme before she started. I LOVE the colors. The red overall with red highlights and purple on the end is really striking. I came to work right after and most of my coworkers, female and male, loved the color. The phone was answered quickly and politely. They were able to schedule me within a week.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI moved her 11 years ago. When the time came I needed a hair cut I was told there is only place to go. To this day that advice has NEVER let me down. Deanna was the first person to ever color my hair and she just keeps on exceeding my expectations. Deanna was the first person to cut my son’s hair. My son loves going in and has now received haircuts from all of the girls. They are great with kids . They are very professional but fun and I often leave entertained , having laughed and ALWAYS happy. If you are not sure what you want they always have fun ideas to throw at ya. Deanna was the first person to ever color my hair and she just keeps on exceeding my expectations. Deanna was the first person to cut my son’s hair. I asked for black to silver ombré and they said they would have to lighten my hair to do it which was fine until I got home and realized my hair was dried to a crisp and tinted red green and a bunch of different colors I wanna cry because I have to go to work looking like this until I have enough money go to another salon to get this fixed because the refuse to refund me when I say I’m ashamed of my hair I mean it plz don’t let them touch yours

This review is a fair review, it does not matter if my experience was working there or as a customer. I had a terrible experience as an employee and was treated very badly. So although it may upset you (whoever is handling your responses to reviews) my honest experience was that of a very low rating. How you treat your internal customers holds just as much if not more value than your external customers. Respect, honestly and integrity within your employee group are what help you to provide good customer service to external clients and Mane Street Styles was severely lacking in all three of those. The only reason this review is not from three years ago is because I didn’t have my maps set up, so the review posted they other day. I still in fact get attitude, stares and eye rolls from an employee of MSS when they see me out in town even after all these years. I hope that you are right and have corrected the bad attitudes and behavior that happend internally and if you have, and that is how you treat your customers now then you should have nothing to worry about and get plenty of good reviews. But my experience was internal and as an internal customer my review remains 1 star. I wish you the best of luck in the future and hope this will help to drive a better attitude.
