Liana is absolutely amazing. Everytime I get a haircut somewhere I end up hating it when I leave but the haircut she did topped the charts. She is so kind and wonderful, I would have no problem recommending her to anyone and everyone for their hair care needs.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI was thankful I got a last minute walk-in appointment and I love the color my hairdresser achieved. However I am disappointed that my hairdresser decided that money/ greed trumps customer satisfaction. She did not bring the color all the way up to my roots but just below so that it looks like my hair was done a month ago. That means I will have to return sooner to get my hair colored. Also I was charged 200$ for full foil and haircut. The website pic said 79 for foil and 29 for haircut, but a sign inside said there was a 10$ increase to all services but I am not sure what the extra 70$ is for that I was charged. The haircut is not even close to the extreme inverted bob I asked for. My hairdresser was constantly second guessing herself in front of me and even the other hairdresser was trying to reassure her of her work. Pretty unprofessionell. Will not return, and I will have to spend additional money to get my hair fixed.I don’t know why some hairdressers still are under the assumption they can get away with trying to scam customers by giving their customers close to what they want and cheating them out of their money. I was thankful I got a last minute walk-in appointment and I love the color my hairdresser achieved. However I am disappointed that my hairdresser decided that money/ greed trumps customer satisfaction.
