I made an appointment with Hunter to get my hair permed. I showed her exactly what I wanted and exactly what I did not want. I felt like she knew what she was doing and I could trust her and she even told me she would take good care of me. Well… she only left the rollers on for twenty minutes, constantly talked over me to awaiting tanning customers, I also asked her to trim the split ends off, she did not. She started washing the girls hair that had an appointment after mine then came to wash mine out. She said you’re good to go! My mouth dropped in disbelief. I was appalled leaving with wet hair that had just been permed! I knew at that instance that I made a mistake going there. I was upset and cancelled my plans for the rest of the day. I went back the next day hoping she would fix this awful mess. I explained to her again that this is exactly what I did not want. She didnt have time for me and told me she doesn’t think she could have done any better.
