Third time this has happened. I made an appointment and arrived a few minutes early for the appointment. Someone says hello and then nothing. Twenty to thirty minutes later, well after my appointment time, someone finally checks to see why I’m there.

I’ve been coming here since they have opened and have had a long history with the staff before. Always treated in an outstanding manner, greeted at the door as soon as I walk in. Maybe because I don’t have the personality of a pet rock they accommodate me quickly and get me taken care of!
