Critical: Professionalism, QualityI came in as a walk in and only sall one customer ahead of me . With two stylist not working and the first customer of the day also having to sit down for an excessive period of time is unacceptable and unprofessional. I checked in with the front desk , the clerk asked if I have a appointment, which I didn’t, and claimed they are booked all the way until 12pm (currently 9am when they opened) , I told her “I’ll wait” because I know some businesses play games with telling you an excessive wait hoping to turn you away to go somewhere else , and she came off as ‘disgusted’ that I was going to sit in her lobby like an ‘eyesore’ . If you’re looking at trying this place , I would go somewhere else . The guy ahead of me told me that 2/3rds of the appointments don’t even show. So how does this place even make money? Turning away customers isn’t going to work. That’s money walking out your door! With two stylist not working and the first customer of the day also having to sit down for an excessive period of time is unacceptable and unprofessional.
