Well we fell in love with Lanty when we met him. He is a precious man. He was so thorough in explaining everything. When our hair piece came in he set us an apt. And the magic began. He took time in explaining everything over again and showing us again. He didn’t want us to leave unsatisfied. We also meet his son Travis who was also great. I made a consultation with Lenty to find out more about hair toppers. He was very nice, asked me what I had in mind and gave me lots of information. While the price was higher than expected I decided to go for it. Lenty kept in touch with me and informed me when an issue came up with my order. He then showed me how to use and take care of it and told me to contact him any time I had questions and was available when I asked for a follow up appointment.

absolutely terrible. flakey and psycho old man. goes back on his word and is a liar. i would never recommend him to anyone. this is supposed to be an amazing experience and mine was ruined by this man. save your money and find someone trustworthy. i would rate zero stars if i could.

Lanty is the best at what he does. He takes the time and listens to what you want and need. He does not use high pressure sales tactics, he doesn’t have to because he knows hair and he’s weathered all the storms. When other similar companies have gone under, he remained strong. He is a man of high moral value and integrity. I am so glad I found his company.
