It was my first time doing a big chop I loved everything about the salon it was more than an appointment it was an experience! From the time I walked in the ambiance was so nice, the music, her assistant and fast service. Making sure I was ok the complimentary snacks and water. I always support black business but I purchased a unit and I reached out asking a few questions being it was my first time instead of answering back and being professional I got emailed a return label. The unit I purchased was poorly made I never got a chance wear it because 3 of the clip where loose and the cut hung long in the front chopped up on the sides and the back hung long like a mullet it was nothing like it was advertised I’m sorry I really wanted to support had she just reached out and listened or answered I would have given a better review I was so disappointed
