I had come here a few times in the past and had always received a decent haircut. However, I went in a couple weeks ago and this older lady (I forget her name) gave me the worst haircut of my entire life. Even worse than the terrible haircut was the incredibly unhygienic experience. When I arrived, she was taking out the garbage and didn’t wash her hands before starting with me. She then pulled out her clippers, which were covered in a big, thick matte of hair. She noticed me staring at her clippers in horror, so she sprayed them down with fungicide, but didn’t remove the hair, and immediately began trimming my hair with clippers coated in soaking wet matted hair. It didn’t seem like she was even looking at what she was doing and cut my hair incredibly unevenly. To cut my bangs, she literally took a pair of scissors and just cut a straight line across my forehead at a weird angle and thought she was done. I actually wondered to myself for a moment if there was a hidden camera set up and it was all a joke. My next stop was Sport Clips to get my head completely buzzed.

Wow! Sara gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had! Perfect for ladies with very long hair! I went there on a whim of unsuccessfully finding another salon with openings and was delightfully surprised about the expertise and experience. She took the style i wanted and assessed the best way to create that style considering the texture and fine-ness of my hair, a callic I have, and my low maintenance haircare regimen. Her detailed awareness is something I’ve never seen&heard a hairdresser do…I am fully impressed!

This place is great. I see Melissa and she always does a great job with my hair, she’s very good at remembering what I want even when there’s months between appointments! She also did a fabulous job dying my hair, everyone there is super friendly and it’s a very nice and casual place. Love it.

I have been going to the Mane Gallery for years. Denise is my stylist and I dearly love her. The other stylists are great & fun too. Fun place to relax and get some beauty. It’s a clean and pleasant salon. I get a perm every three months with hair cuts in between. I love that they don’t double book so I’m the only one scheduled in the chair…unless a quick walk-in hair cut while I’m “cooking.” I have never been left waiting while “cooking” in my perm solution! As for on-time, I think I’ve had to wait 10 minutes once! All the other time, she was right on schedule!
