Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueCathy messed my hair up and since she put me under the dryer with bleach on my head it caused a lot of damage. She didn’t do anything I told her I wanted it came out wrong color and wrong placement. This was a horrible experience. Don’t go to her face your hair and money.
