The people here were nice but, after my hair was colored it looked absolutely dead and fried. Don’t get me wrong I’ve got my hair died many times before but it never ended up like this. Also the color looked nothing like my reference picture. I will say the cut was good but do not come here for color.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueIf I could give this place a zero I would, I called and made an appointment for my daughter and I explained to the receptionist that my daughter have a very curly hair and we needed full foil highlights a trim and a blow dry. On the day we send and Tony was the stylist. He looked like he had no idea what he was doing instead of admitting not to know how to do an African American curly hair he just went with it. He did not use the color we wanted, he did not brush the hair before cutting and he refused to blow dry my daughters hair and told us to go home and wash her hair with our own shampoo sh she can brush it better. I expressed to the receptionist what happen she said ,” oh really, I will let the manager know” the she said I owe her $195 , unreal , a total rip off of a place. I was giving this place a second chance after one of the stylist did a horrible job with my hair back in 2017. Mane Escape is a top notch hair salon in Concord, MA. Their stylists are skilled, professional and very friendly. I’ve been a client of Julie’s for 5 years. She did a remarkable job in 2018 of determining how I/we were going to manage the 2″ shaved strip of hair (from ear to ear) from my brain surgery. I never could have made it through that difficult time without her guidance and expertise. She’s incredible!!

Excellent place. Men’s haircuts are fairly priced for getting a shampoo and wash and they have a big variety of staff. I got a haircut here before a big first date and 5 months later it’s still going strong!
