Positive: QualityI was doing a photo shoot for my website and branding and needed my hair styled, so I contacted Nicole. I washed my hair before arrival with some random shampoo and conditioner because I had run out of my good stuff – of course on that day!As Nicole was beginning to style my hair, she recognized it was falling flat and mentioned what was going on.I told her what happened with the shampoo situation and without hesitation, she said “Let’s wash it again, so it looks really good!” She started the whole styling process once again, just to be sure it looked AMAZING!And wow! I was doing a photo shoot for my website and branding and needed my hair styled, so I contacted Nicole. I washed my hair before arrival with some random shampoo and conditioner because I had run out of my good stuff – of course on that day!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI had high hopes for this place but was soon disappointed! I took my daughter to get a haircut – she wanted a wolf cut hairstyle (you can google it and easily see that it’s a leyeres haircut, with the bottom layer being the longest). She came out with a “Dora the Explorer” type of hairstyle. Also, my daughter had asked her to do some random pink tips on that day (not a full bleach process nor all tips) – ok… I made an appointment with her again since she didn’t have the hair die on hand. The next week I had a medical family emergency and was not able to make it to the appointment. 20 min. After the appointment time, I got a text saying that she had charged 50% of whatever she was going to charge me thus I did not show. I apologized since I can understand the inconvenience for a business and she had already charged my card before she notified me anyway… with my state of mind on that day, I had no will or energy to argue or get more information from her. She charged my card $129.11 – that means that for pink tips she was going to charge me $258.22. She never told me of this “rule” – I don’t see it anywhere. Also, if I would have know she’d charge me that much for a few pink tips, I would have never made an appointment with her!!1. Was never notified of the cancelation fee.2. Was never notified of how much the services would be ahead of time.I just saw a Yelp review complaining about the same thing. This hairstylist wrote back that she has a $35 cancelation fee rule!!I understand I was not able to call/cancel within the first hour of my appointment, but I was NEVER notified of any charge for not showing to an appointment.Service: HaircutI had high hopes for this place but was soon disappointed! I took my daughter to get a haircut – she wanted a wolf cut hairstyle (you can google it and easily see that it’s a leyeres haircut, with the bottom layer being the longest).
