I was very apologetic and tried to ask in the nicest way possible for it to be fixed. She said I had lice when I said I have a dandruff problem, she then said she couldn’t cut my hair so I went to get a lice treatment kit an found no lice!!…..Won’t be going back, if they dont want to cut certain peoples hair they should just let them know a head of time. Wasted my only day off….
