Positive: QualityHad a 9.00am appointment with Laura and I am extremely happy with my hair extensions a job well done In 2 hours. All the staff was so professional and everyone that came in the store was greated with a good morning. I observed how some of the other hairstyles was done by the other stylist. I am impressed. Had a 9.00am appointment with Laura and I am extremely happy with my hair extensions a job well done In 2 hours. All the staff was so professional and everyone that came in the store was greated with a good morning. I observed how some of the other hairstyles was done by the other stylist. I am impressed. She is extremely talented and slays I definitely found my new stylist plus the prices are so affordable. She gets you in and out she is definitely blessed and gifted ❤️Service: Hair extensions

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityMs. Robin is always my stylist; and she always does a great job. On 02/26/21; 1645 to 1730 pm (Mind you the Session I paid for was 1hr 30 min) Niecy did my hair and she just did a horrible job. It seems as though she was angry at the world and taking it out on my hair. Her braiding was poor. She pulled and yanked on my natural hair. And when she weaved my hair; she left large gaps in between each section. Not to mention she ended up throwing away the rest of my hair. So why leave hug gaps and waste my hair? Also her braids were so large that my head felt uneven. I mean; if you hate doing hair; find something else to do; instead of wasting people’s time and money. The crazy thing is; after doing such a bad job; she had the nerve to ask for a tip??? But it’s all good. I’ve found a new stylist. I will no long be driving an hour for rubbish; especially if Niecy is working.Flash forward a few days; I went back to the shop and asked her to fix the mistake; and she had such attitude with me. She told me that I had to go buy an entire bundle of hair if I wanted it fixed and even if I did buy the bundle; she had no time to fix it. I reminded her that she waisted my 3rd bundle and she said I was making that up. She used all 3 bundles on my head.Flash forward a month later when I took the weave out. I measured each bundle …. and guess what? One of the bundles were a lot shorter than the other….? I’m never waiting for hours like other salons, Once I walk Into the salon she has her station clean and her needles prep ready to work. I choose to wash n deep condition my own hair Niecy always greets with a smile and a I’ll be right with u. I love supporting this black business!
