I am interested in vivid’s and was recommended Alyssa, she got on the phone and scheduled me for 2 1/2 hours later. When I arrive she had me stand next to her as she colors someone’s hair. ( my hair is blonde on bottom and brown on top) Alyssa glances at me and says so just some color by your face? I then lift up my hair to revile the entire bottom is blonde she gives me a price and sends me on my way. She did not touch my hair once to see if we can even bleach it again to get it light enough for pastles as my hair has been bleached 5 times recently. Also why schedual me if there is no chair time I could have come in at any point in the day if she wasn’t going to focus and give me her time. When I called the owner she said each girl is her own business she just provides rental space and asked if she charged me for the consultation. I would rather have my hair colored by someone who pays a little more care expecially when bleaching damaged hair.
