I called this morning to get a price on haircuts, and as the woman was answering me, my phone died. I came inside to plug my phone in to charge it up with the intention to call back and apologize that my phone died and book an appointment, but in the interim I received a text message saying “Rude of you”. (Apparently she assumed I’d hung up on her). I called her right back, explained the situation, and told her that she lost out on my business. Rather than be the least bit apologetic, she got even more nasty. I didn’t catch her name, but she sounded VERY old. Stay away from this place if you don’t want nasty old women who don’t know the first thing about customer service cutting your hair.

There are only a few places in Fallon to get your haircut and this place is one of the best in town. If you are Military then don’t even waste your time at the NEX as they will mess up your hair. If you are not, Elaine will for sure get you looking your best. I would have to say she charges probably the cheapest rate in town for one of the best haircuts. She will work with you if you cant make it before closing. There is real passion for what she does. She also does women’s hair as well and does an outstanding job as I have seen her work. Great service, great price, great haircut.
