First, whoever controls their Facebook was incredibly rude and acted bothered when I was asking about services not on their website. Then when I called in to make my appointment I told the stylist that my hair was black and I just wanted to start going lighter. The day of my appointment I arrived on time, and I sat for the beginning consultation and this woman literally starts ripping at my hair. Making disgusted faces in the mirror right in front of me, telling my my hair was awful and that I should’ve never dyed my hair dark it’s not flattering. I was incredibly hurt but still trying to explain what I was after, she cut me off did not listen to anything I was asking nor was she willing to. Told me it would be at least a 7hr appointment and that it’s going to cost her so much time and money and complaining all while still ripping at my hair with her fingers and making disgusted faces in the mirror and rolling her eyes. Needless to say I walked out and was in shock and tears and just completely insulted, and as I’m walking away she had the nerve to say “but I’ll do it”?! It has been about 2 weeks since this incident and I am still in disbelief and upset about the interaction I felt the need to write my only review ever, so hopefully no one else will feel like I did.
