No customer service at all , we arrived early for our haircut appointments me and my 85 year old Mom who is in a wheelchair there was only one stylist working she looked up for the person she was working on and never said a word just went back to cutting her hair , we stood in the waiting area and 2 other worker came in walked right past us got hair dye from the back look right at us said nothing and left the salon then the hairwasher walked past us on her cell phone and she said nothing the stylist only acknowledge us after she walked past us to answer the phone and all she said was DO YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT I told her yes 1pm & 1:30pm ( it was 1:10 when she asked) I will be right with you she then finished the womans hair and I thought okay just a little late but no she the took the woman into a different room to wax her eyebrows it was now 1:20 pm that is when me and my mom left will NEVER go here ever again. I would give no stars if I could.

Great place to get your haircuts. I cannot speak to their other services. Staff are always friendly and accomodating, which I find a major plus due to difficulty speaking to and relating to others. They do not take card, which is a significant downside. Otherwise one of the best places for grooming around. Make sure to make reservations, I am not sure if walk-ins are always accomodated.

Prices are very reasonable! The level of perfesionalim is lower than I would like. Workers don’t seem happy to be there. I went a year ago and really liked the stylist but saw someone else today who seemed to be in a hurry and just kinda “get the job done”.

Horrible, Horrible service. I was treated extremely rudely. I actually requested a refund and have never been answered. This is the last place I would ever go again to tan or for a haircut. This is a small rural community and I’m guessing the positive reviews have personal connections. Do yourself a favor avoid this horrible establishment.
