Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI’ve been here twice so far. Initially, for a haircut & my first ever balayage highlight and I came back for balayage refresh 2.5months later. They have excellent service and do quality work. Melissa Carrillo, the owner, is a consummate professional. She moves fast, with efficiency and no small skill. Not only is she a skilled colorist/stylist but she’s funny as well. She was patient with me while I showed her a bunch of pictures of how I wanted my balayage to to look. I’ve been here twice so far. Initially, for a haircut & my first ever balayage highlight and I came back for balayage refresh 2.5months later. They have excellent service and do quality work. Melissa Carrillo, the owner, is a consummate professional. She moves fast, with efficiency and no small skill. Not only is she a skilled colorist/stylist but she’s funny as well. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueDude this place was awful. They treated me like dirt and my hair came out terrible. I told them that I wanted an reverse a angle and fix my roots. I also wanted blonde highlights. Me having blue hair at the time. The made my hair this nasty brown. They then burnt my scalp with bleach and forgot to recolor the roots. In the middle of my appointment she went out to screem at the man working on a truck. The wait time on the entire appointment was around 5 hours. Two of which were her getting distracted. I went there once and will never go or recommend that place again.Dude this place was awful. Dude this place was awful. They treated me like dirt and my hair came out terrible. I told them that I wanted an reverse a angle and fix my roots. I also wanted blonde highlights.
