Critical: ProfessionalismSome of the staff was really nice at first and I liked talking to them but one woman was rude to me and my friend for being pregnant in our 20s. She kept commenting that we were too young and when I stated I was 26 with two kids at home she said,” no you are way too young to be having 2 kids.” I felt bad because it was my friends first baby and she felt shamed. Then they messed up her nails and made her bleed. They clearly messed up mine, admitted their mistake but then charged me more for a design they messed up on. At first I was understanding because it was closing time but I realized I had my appointment at 6:30 and they didn’t start on me until 7:00. I also wasn’t offered a discount for the mistake but told if I come back, I can get a special but if I get another set of nails. I wish they would have just started over and fixed them when they told me they made a mistake. Instead they charged me more, and put me in an awkward position. Some of the staff was really nice at first and I liked talking to them but one woman was rude to me and my friend for being pregnant in our 20s. She kept commenting that we were too young and when I stated I was 26 with two kids at home she said,” no you are way too young to be having 2 kids.” I felt bad because it was my friends first baby and she felt shamed. Critical: Professionalism, QualityWe went there today thinking they were going to be good. Nope. They tore my toes up. 5 toes bleeding. They were supposed to use the same colors on my toes that they did my fingers, they didn’t. When they polished my toes it was everywhere. I went off so they redid my polish in my toes BUT used a different color than they did the first time. The actual color I wanted. The guy was EXTREMELY rough on the pedicure. My daughter in law, her 2 sisters and her mom all went and they tore up their hands and totally messed up one of the girls nails. We went there today thinking they were going to be good. Nope. They tore my toes up. 5 toes bleeding. They were supposed to use the same colors on my toes that they did my fingers, they didn’t. When they polished my toes it was everywhere. I went off so they redid my polish in my toes BUT used a different color than they did the first time. The actual color I wanted. So I was charged $25 dollars for just a polish change after I said regular. I could’ve had whole pedicure for that same price elsewhere. My toes look like something I could’ve did at home. It was my first and last time. I found this place and decided to give it a shot for a polish change, the owner she was super aggressive after I told her I did not want gel polish multiple times, she insisted after I repeatedly said no. So I was charged $25 dollars for just a polish change after I said regular. I could’ve had whole pedicure for that same price elsewhere. My toes look like something I could’ve did at home. It was my first and last time. I hate when people take advantage and money hungry.

Second: the pedicure didn’t last but maybe 15 mins once they actually got started. I left with feet that looked worse than before I came in, somehow that’s possible. Save your money and time, go to Kelly’s across the way.Also this place had a foul smell. Like the sewer pipe busted.Edited to add that I paid with my debit card.
