Words cannot describe how horrible this establishment is. My husband came home from his hair cut with blood and cuts all over his neck and behind his ears. When speaking with the manager Megan, she was rude, talking to other people in the background, and made it sound like a huge inconvenience to be taking my call. I requested a refund, but the hairdresser offered my husband a band aid instead. The female barber was inappropriate and made him uncomfortable, not stopping even though he repeatedly said he was married. I have never seen such a terrible haircut in my life and my husband is embarrassed to go out in public.

The girls are incredibly professional and do a fantastic job when cutting your hair. They understand exactly what you want in a cut and get it right the first time. Iv gotten haircuts from almost all of them and they do not disappoint. I always set an appointment and i never have to wait long. This was my first time having my beard professionally trimmed and the experience was amazing. Daryl did a fantastic job and was an absolute sweetheart. My girlfriend was stunned by it. I will definitely be rebooking.

I love this shop. It’s calm, clean and relaxing. The women are all very friendly and professional. They are great at keeping track of your hairstyle preferences and I’ve never left feeling like anything was missed. They offer drinks (including alcohol if you’re interested) and have comfortable seating in case there’s a wait. The best thing about them, in my opinion, is the wash service (with hot towel) and the straight razor shave. The only downside is you must make an appointment at least a day in advance if you want to be sure you’ll get in but it’s well worth it.
