I had an amazing time at the spa. I’ve been to many spas but this one is my favorite. This is my first time in Cherokee, NC for mine and my mom’s birthday. This spa really takes care of its people. I felt very welcomed and had a balinese massage for an hour. It didn’t want it to end. The facility is very beautiful. I definitely love the relaxation room and heated lounge chairs.Very friendly people and I recommend Melissa. If I ever come back to Cherokee I would be getting a longer massage. Worth every penny.

I get massages every 2-3 weeks and I will say this was one of my favorites forsure. The experience was wonderful and the spa lounge included lots of amenities before and after my massage. 10/10 would definitely recommend – especially if the masseuse is Tyler!

Amenities were nice, staff VERY friendly. The massage itself not worth the money. I feel as if I should have said something and asked for a partial refund but everything was locked up once we were done so I just left feeling disappointed, which is certainly on me.

The hotel is so old. Dark and dull! The new rooms has no view in contrast to the old filthy rooms. No coffee set in the room. When I asked for one they said not allowed. I asked for hot water my options were to get it from the sink or pay $10 for a hot cup of water!

Had an amazing facial at Mandara Spa in Cherokee for my birthday. Nora, my esthetician made the experience amazing. I came out glowing with my skin feeling super soft and clean. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend Kody for deep tissue or “fire & ice” massage! The amenities (hot tub, heated lounge chairs, sauna, fireplace lounge) are top notch. One of the fanciest facilities I have experienced. Can’t wait to go back!

My granddaughter and I went for manicures. Worst manicures we have ever had!! We left town the next morning and my granddaughters gel polish started falling off and were all off within a couple of hours that day!! Very expensive waste!!
