Verify next day that you have an appointment. I made an appointment a few weeks prior via phone for my mother and myself. It was a birthday present to her at that. When we got to the office there was major confusion and after introducing ourselves as clients Ms.Anita said we must be in the wrong place, attempting to reinforce that by saying we were not on her schedule. I called her by name and that surprised her and the oh snap moment hit where she realized she may have actually made a mistake. She had to go into her phone and say she doesn’t have any texts from me and I reminded her I made the appointment by phone call. Sure enough she pulls up her call history and there is my number saved as myself and mom. I was embarrassed to say the least that either way the blame was instantly directed at myself in the beginning rather than looking into it before placing blame and in front of of my mother. She did this infront of her properly scheduled clients as well and after this was found she tried to rush us out since they were waiting. Its not easy for me to get time off durring the week to go get a massage I took time off to set the appointment and my mother drove an hour from Brooksville to me to go. People make mistakes and I understand that but I’m going based off my experience as the client and that interaction was not okay. Two stars cause she did offer a free massage but no details on that since there was two people who’s time was wasted and she did not reach out after. I will not be using her services as I would rather take my business where someone will respect my time and effort of planning, I cannot trust that I would actually get effort from that free massage seeing as how we were initially treated as new clients.
