The 90 minute facial with massage is so worth it! She is professional and pampers your skin beautifully! I started coming here because I had a spa card to give it a try. Then I was hooked! Elvira is the best! She gives the best facials and massages. The 90 minute facial with massage is so worth it! Have been to Mancini before and wanted to return a second time. Booked an appointment with Kortney and I told her I wanted honey blonde balayage. For my haircut I told her I wanted 2 inches off and some layers and face frames. My hair was blown out and styled. Leaving 3 stars because the color I am happy with. However 2 days after my appointment I finally washed my hair and straightened it. Totally uneven haircut and botched layers that I didn’t notice at first because my hair was blown out and curled. Trust me if I noticed at the salon I would have said something. I literally have pieces in the front that are longer than the back. Not worth the money I spent and I definitely won’t be going back. Spend your money elsewhere.

She fixed it and I left feeling so much better and the prices are pretty good. She didn’t push anything on my and gave me plenty of options. My first visit to this salon, yesterday, was thanks to Groupon. Staff was friendly. Location is very pretty and clean. Jackie gave me a great wash and conditioning treatment and then I moved on to Danielle who was SO lovely. She listened to my hair concerns, was happy to work with them, and gave me exactly what I needed in terms of a cut to help with the growing out of my damaged hair. I will be back for her blowouts, for sure, because it’s the first time I’ve ever left a salon loving my cut AND style. Literally the cutest and sweetest girl, ever – with amazing skills to match!

Critical: QualityLidia did not blend the colors at all… I have huge streaks in my hair and it looks terrible. Honestly felt rushed and not a priority. My family member did. Horrible cut AND color. Definitely was not listened to regarding coloring. The owner then tried to fix the cut and made it worse. So uneven and not at all what she wanted . Of course it was blow dried a long time to hide the mistakes. I personally would of walked out with a full refund
