I brought my son for a haircut recently. He showed the barber a specific style he wanted and they discussed not taking too much off… Unfortunately, the end result was NOTHING like the style in the picture and my son left home in tears. Aside from that, the barber spent the entire duration of the cut bickering with the other barber next to him about some drama that has gone down in the shop. Perhaps if he would of focused on the kid in the chair, and taken the time to look at the picture he brought in, instead of arguing, we would have had a different outcome. I now have a disgruntled teenager wearing a beanie or hoodie or hat to cover his head, dreading going back to school.

If I could give 6 stars I would!!!! Gabriel is super chill and observant he noticed my skin was dryer than average and specialized my shave for it. The store front is clean, new and they offer many services including beer when you get a cut and a tv so you can watch sports. What more could you want!!!! This is a wonderful addition to the Palmetto Bay neighborhood and I hope management gives Gabriel a raise, I’m a customer for life because of his efforts.

I have booked 2 appointments and both times gotten to the shop and no one was there. One at 5 pm and another at 10am. They use the booksy app which had appointments listed for Monday, when I got there I found out they aren’t open Mondays, so I booked For Tuesday morning 10am and now at 10:15 no one has even shown up to open the doors, I’m never going to even attempt to book an appointment here again.
