Otis cut both my boys hair and did a great job. Good vibes old school music and VERY clean and professional. Only word of advice is that when someone answers the phone number thats listed on your google profile that you answer by identifying your business first. Have called here before and got a “who dis” and the last time it was just a hello, but you have the best barbershop in conway. As a small business owner I cannot stress how Important the first impression on the phone means, but yall dont let this one thing turn you off from this barbershop. Diversity among clientel and the barbers, definently more professional than any other “shops” here in town.
