Critical: Quality, ValueThis is the absolute worst manicure I have ever had. I came in for the first time last week to get an SNS manicure before going on vacation. Ana did my nails. Two days after my manicure, one of my nails broke off with little pressure. I came in to get it fixed, and they fixed it for free which was great— though the second woman who fixed my nail asked to reshape them all because they weren’t straight. At that point, I was pleased and thought maybe the broken nail was a fluke. The next day, another nail broke, simply because it was lightly bumped against the car. I had to get that one fixed in Florida on vacation. Then, I noticed both of my pointer nails had cracks in them. At this point, it’s basically crumbling off of my hands, and I’ve had these nails for just over a week. This is also the most expensive manicure I have ever received. Went in today to get a pedicure and full set. My full set look good, but when it came to my toes it took a 1 1/2 to finish them!!! Didn’t clip around my toes, didn’t clean under them, there was still pink gel stuck on the toe and the polish I got is all cakey on my toes!!! Worst service!!
