Very poor communication and service! They acted like they didn’t want to service me. I waited almost 2 hours and the owner didn’t show up. Another braider was free but she started helping someone else instead of braiding my hair. Another braider told me i should get jumbo knotless braids because my hair was “not good” for lemonade braids and she’s have to straighten it. I left immediately! Time wasted and I didn’t get my hair done.

Horrible. Got there at 7:30 I was 1st client they dont do appointments so 1st come 1st serve. Doors opened at 7:45 the 1st 4 braiders only know how to do simple box braids, knotless, and individual braids. No braids to the scalp. So the owner finally show up at 9am saying she told someone to come in this morning for an appointment. So that person was ahead of me even though I was 1st. Bad business. Smh

Very inconsistent service! Rude attitudes, over priced for mediocre service. Will quote a price for a certain length and make the actual length much shorter. The ladies will stop in the middle of your service to help another braider finish someone else head. They will get mad if you have nice long nature hair. If your natural hair is too short or too long it seems to be a problem. They expect you to hold and separate the hair for them, instead of buying a hair divider. Will do three sections of your head then have you waiting which prevents you from going else where instead of saying they couldn’t do your hair from the start. If this is the best that the city has to offer it is no wonder everyone goes to Atlanta to get hair service. I NEVER give reviews but this service was beyond me and if I can help at least one person from experiencing what I just did then it is worth the time.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI asked for knotless braids that were suppose to be braided to mid back (picture shown twice how I wanted) this service cost $200. The braids were not knotless at all she just made the knot smaller. You can see the ends are not fully braided and I was told if she (the braided) was to braid to the ends it would cost me extra; per the owner. I called the owner a couple of times to resolve this issue and express my displeasure with the service I received and The among paid. The owners exact words were there are braid shops all over town go there don’t come here. I’m posting this to say if you are looking quality work of knotless braids this is not the place. Got micros done by them. The end product is gorgeous but there were a couple bad things. #1 – My hair was not started on time. I had a 830 appointment but no one was there to do my hair. The lady who opened the shop had to call people to come in to do my hair. The owner, Mama, showed up at 9 and immediately started my hair. She did my hair until another lady came in at 10. Then the next lady started doing my hair so the owner could switch to someone else. While the second lady was doing my hair, I noticed someone getting box braids and she had two people doing her hair. After she was halfway done, one of the double team ladies came to help the lady doing my hair. Overall it took 7 hours and 45 minutes. Take note… don’t plan to do anything after you get them done. #2 – they braid way too tight. They braided every PIECE of hair. I don’t know if I have any baby hair left. Depending on who you are, this could be a good or bad thing. I’m glad it will last a while but my head and edges are killing me! I will finish off with a good note. You can’t beat the price! I get micros one or twice a year. At $180 with hair included in right up my alley. Would I go again? Yes…. after a full stomach and if i didn’t plan on doing anything after except going home.

I went for small box braids and they did the front beautiful I was really satisfied until the next morning I went to put it in a bun and felt how big my parts were. They part really big parts and used very little hair to make it seem they were little at the end. I went back to talk to the manager who would not speak to me directly to end up not getting anything resolved. On top of all that the entire time i was in the chair i listened to them make fun of another customer who was unsatisfied with her results. I do not recommend the business for anything.

Critical: QualityDo not ask for knotless box braids! They will braid your natural hair and will wrap the weave around it therefore it being a knot on it still! Only good thing about the shop is the ladies are very fast braiders. First come first served!
