Second prenatal massage and let me tell you the experience gets better every visit. Charmaine used a new technique from the previous visit that put me and baby to sleep. As a prize giveaway winner I was sooo excited. Unfortunately I did not get to reap the benefits of these great services you all mention of. The customer service is very poor. I’ve been in contact with the owner Charmaine doing follow ups etc. Hours before my scheduled massage I was emailed a media release form. I respectfully declined being recorded and posted on media. I assumed I had a choice. Apparently it isn’t that way. The following quickly suggested canceling the appointment. I’m so glad that I did! No telling what the energy would’ve been had I arrived: very unprofessional experience, from the lack of communication to the responses when they did come. I’m so glad I didn’t drive the two hours! Very inconsiderate experience for the customer.
