If I could give them zero I would! My daughter had a 5:00pm appointment we waited for two hours and 30 mins to get in the chair! About half way through the wait I started to leave she said no don’t go I can do it the other will help me I just have this little bit! Finally my daughter get in the chair btw she has long hair sensitive scalp I explained over the phone we wanted to do the large knotless braids my daughter was in the chair for an hour with no results the worker beside her in the second chair had to keep coming over instructing her on how to pair her hair (which was straight parts nothing crazy) while in the middle of a sew in on her own client keep in mind at this point it is 9:47pm I see this is going wrong the braids was not neat all jacked up and she stated my daughter does not have flat white people hair like the lady in the photo! I said ma’am that is a black lady in the photo and proceeded to pull up another photo and video from YouTube with darker skin black girls with the same style with longer hair! They didn’t want to lose the money so the other women in the second chair working on a sew in said I’ll fix it and I said I’m sorry I’m leaving we have been here since 4:30 our appointment was at 5 and now it’s almost 10:00 which means I’ll have to drive 30 miles in pure wilderness to get home at 4 or 5 and we haven’t even eaten! She said we will give a a discount ummm no ma’am I’m ok because at this point this is already going wrong! She was mad I did not care like I told her only person here that should be mad is me I wasted time and gas for something you could have said you could not do and I told her at least I stopped you before you finished messing up her hair right! Ghost face as if she didn’t understand so We left! The sad part is I sent in a picture of the style to make sure before driving all the way to enterprise to be for certain she could do it and we waited all that time for no results just a half head filled with Vaseline! Uggghhhhh don’t do business with them! I wish I knew someone in the house that could do better!

Don’t go if you can’t deal with children. There’s always a baby there that needs attention which causes them both to stop braiding often. They do a terrible job on the back of you hair box like are not straight and kind of thrown together bc they know you can’t see them. Make sure you ask how much for style when you get there or they will charge differently then quoted over the phone. They do braid slow so prepare to be in there all day. If you show them certain styles they only like to do the easy ones. so don’t waste your time bc they will give you something different then what you asked.
