Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI went in at 430 told to come early when appt was at 530pm didn’t get hair done till 615 due to her needing to take a lunch. So 615 we get started 900 got done for a sewin in 6 braids leave and something told me to check the top of my hair and I see a whole track I go back to ask them to cover cause I sent a picture and a video she deletes the video as if she never got it. She then proceeds to tell me that is the style instead of sitting me down in fixing her work. Why would u want someone to leave after they paid and u got them looking like that. I went in at 430 told to come early when appt was at 530pm didn’t get hair done till 615 due to her needing to take a lunch. But if you schedule an appointment they do not honor that time. I have waited for hours past appointment time. I have came in the morning and I have sat there with several women saying that they have also scheduled an appointment. Today I came in at 9:00 a.m. to get twist done. I made an appointment last week. At 9:00 a.m. I was alone in the parking lot no one else was there. So I went to the store and came back around 10:00 a.m. the shop was open and several women were waiting also stating that they had made an appointment. I told the lady that I called last week to schedule and I also showed her in my call log . My name was not even written down in the appointment book. I ended up waiting for about another hour, until I just could not take it anymore. No one apologized no one offered anything for their mistake on the scheduling. I have been to this salon more than one time and they did a good job on my hair that’s why I continued to return. But if you schedule an appointment they do not honor that time. First off my sister and I were the first ones to show up. Our appointment was at 9. I then had to get out my chair so she could do a style on a patients hair after me which took about 2 hours. I had to wait due to the confusion between the patient and staff. The only hair color they have to offer is black. Other shops have multiple colors. I asked for small and showed her. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMy daughter and I always get our hair done at the shop. The ladies are great and have awesome personalities. The shop opened yesterday 5/23/20, I was very impressed how serious they are taking the COVID-19 pandemic. They were constantly cleaning and everyone were properly spaced and wearing masks. They also have added dividers to ensure the safety of the stylists and the customers.Another great experience for my daughter and I today 7/25/20.
