I will never recommend this place. First they charged me too much for their senior tech! But half of my lashes are gone it in 3 days. They used cheap glue. I told them about it and I made an appointment last week to get it done today at 11:30. To be charged $65 for refill. Then they text me today prior my appointment that I don’t have an appointment. When they send you a confirmation via text.

I have to leave this review because this is just horrible service. The lash tech, Irina, took advantage of the fact that this was my first time getting Eyelash extensions. I told her my eyes were burning/stinging, the gel pad was touching my actual eye, and my eyelid was inflamed but she downplayed it and said it was normal but I can tell she looked a bit nervous. The way she taped my eye also was incorrect and she ripped off eyelashes while removing it.

This is my first time visiting this establishment. I booked an appointment for 1 PM, I had about 10 to 12 prior last extensions which needed to be removed. It took nearly an hour to remove. I booked the cosmopolitan but then realized I wanted something more dramatic so change to the glamour set. My total ended up being $175. However my lashes look as if I only put on mascara. I am completely dissatisfied with the outcome.

I honestly believe that what makes a business exceptional is not that things go perfectly every time, but how well they handle things when something goes wrong. For that reason I wholeheartedly recommend this place. I had a full set done which, while beautiful, I had a little trouble with. Irina (the owner? Manager?) personally called me immediately upon hearing this and couldn’t have been sweeter or more kind. She emphasized that it was important that Mallyna clients were happy with their lashes, and got me rescheduled with Giselle, who did an amazing job.
