It was my first hair appt in a while and Angelica in suite two four was amazing. The building is clean and smells so good as soon as you walk in. Angelica’s studio was very clean and cozy and she made me feel welcomed as soon as I walked in. She was very patient with me and even offered advice when I got stuck of the type of cut I wanted. I went to see about this new place off of 410 (huge sign stating they’re open). There’s a sign next to the door that basically says if no appointment no worries just ring the bell. I was walked through a maze to the back by a lady that had no clue about the salon. Evidently there’s a few different businesses in that small building. When I got to the back one of the hairdressers said “I only work by appointment, I don’t know about anyone else”. No guidance, no information, no smile, no courtesy. Horribly rude & was a series of ridiculousness all around. Consumers take heed.
