Waited 45 minutes for an appointment I had made before leaving. I made an appointment with tony, when I walked in 5 minutes early I was told he was busy and to sit down. Sat there for 45 minutes before leaving. Staff was inexcusably rude and nobody was at the front desk to speak to about how long my appointment might be.
