I’ve been to this place several times when it was Miraclebrow, but it was taken over. The new owner (Malic Eyebrow) is always rude, but today is the last day I will ever return. She cuts the skin around my eyebrows almost every time and always goes too thin, and when I mention it, she tells me that it’s my fault for plucking them. I’ve never once plucked my eyebrows. On top of this, she goes out of her way to make comments about my nails (if not done recently enough to her liking) or my hair (because she doesn’t like the color and tells me I have split ends) which is strange enough, but I use this shop when I have no other option. But today she asked my age, and when I told her, she asked me why I am so fat while being so young. She was in the middle of the service, so I let her finish the job, but throughout she continued on how I should try diet and exercise. I have never encountered anyone so RUDE and IGNORANT in my life. Heed the warnings from these reviews. This is embarrassing to post, but everyone should be aware of her attitude, bad service and lack of social awareness. No wonder this shop is always empty!!!

I love my eyebrows!!! I explained to her how one was thinner than the other because I had gotten them waxed somewhere eles and they were growing back out to try to get them fixed when I tell you she took her time and FIXED my eyebrows they look so nice and are clean. Will be my new regular spot

I don’t normally say anything bad about a place, but I went here to get my eyebrows done. The lady was very rude and VERY aggressive. It almost felt like she was going to thread my eyebrows completely off. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for 9 years and never experienced soreness the next day, but let me tell you my eyebrows are very sore! There is even a spot where she cut me with the thread. I DON’T recommend this place for eyebrows.

Highly satisfied Malik was not only very sweet but also excellent at what she does. She really took the time to explain and consider the shape of your face when shaping your brows and they’ve never looked better. Truly the work of an artist! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

1st off my pedicure was did horrible. I asked for gel and got regular Polish and the lady was RUDE, my toes were messed up and they didn’t give my money back, I payed $35 and got $5 back unbelievable!

Worst customer service ever. I visited her place yesterday and all of a sudden she started to talk about politics, religion and disrespected my values. When I told her to cut it off she said that’s her opinion. Expressing opinions and disrespecting other’s values are way more different things. This is a customer service business and if you don’t know how to balance your communication with your clients, you should close that place! DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL!!!!!
