After less than a month of tanning with them, I can honestly say this was the worst experience of customer service in my life. As someone who managed a tanning salon for close to three years, dealing with EFT and monthly memberships every single day, I can honestly say that this company is in it for the money and that is it. They do not care about the experience or the results they leave you with.

Don’t let them put you credit card on file, over a year after my wife had last been there and closed her account they charged our card, I called to ask why they charged us and asked to have have them refund the money they said they opened the account back up and they refused to refund us our money. I had to have the credit card company do a charge back to get our money back.

After paying for a VIP membership for 6 months, and only actually going for the first month, I attempted to cancel my account. Within 5 days my name had been sent to a collection agency for an amount they made me pay before allowing my to cancel my account. I am still fighting with the collection company with proof of bank statements trying to clear my name and credit. Very frustrating situation.
