Years ago (2015) I cancelled a monthly plan and handed in a written cancellation – as required – and I remember there was a new girl working the counter. She was consumed by her cell phone but took my cancellation. Somehow my cancellation never got passed on, processed, or registered. Today I walk in and try to use a one-time tan and they say I owe them $120 from 2015. They are trying to charge me for the three months of non-use from 2015 again. Back in 2015 I remember reaching out to Scott (the owner) to discuss the situation and he wouldn’t give me the time of day. After several attempts he never got back with me. Figuring he looked into it and corrected the account I dropped it and never heard anything since. Today more of the same. I explained the situation to the best of my memory to the girl behind the counter and she says before she lets me tan she has to call the manager and gets ahold of Scott. While she is on the phone with Scott I tell her I would love to talk to Scott about the situation but he won’t get on the phone. Scott I welcome you to call me and discuss. This is simple customer care – I left my phone number for you. You provided horrible customer service back then and today more of the same. People need to know how you operate. Social media is great and I will make sure I spread the word.

Awful experience dealing with management, sent to collections after changing credit cards. Never personally called and offered no way of resolution. Like a shady gym that tries to milk every cent out of you with dishonest contracts. Zero business integrity. Zero stars if it were possible.
