They do not keep accurate records. Do not sign up for any auto pay packages. Once my package ended they continued to charge me and it has been an ongoing ordeal for them to stop the unauthorized payments. My bank classified it as fraud but what a pain. They’ve done this to many people, wish I had known. Save yourself the trouble.

I struggle to even give one star. The employees have either been poorly trained or have a lack of concern about relaying correct information. I was told by TWO employees that my initial set up fee would go towards upgrades, later told that was incorrect by a manager who didn’t seem concerned that her employees didn’t know how their packages worked, and that was evident when said employee had to ask her about it in front of me. When investigating my sign up date so that I could cancel before the new month renewed, I was given the wrong date. I’ve placed a call to have my account credited the charge that came out on the 1st after being told the 4th, and doubt I will get any resolution. I will not return except to ensure my refund and cancellation are processed, and advise anyone who doesn’t want to overpay for poor service and lacking equipment to steer clear as well.

They have promised me for weeks that I would get a $10 credit on my account as part of a promotion for being a new customer, but I continue to ask and they continue to tell me it will be fixed. I will be finding someplace else that actually honors the promises they make to customers.
