Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have been a customer on and off for about 15 years here. I recently went out of town and decided to tan elsewhere. I can tell you I was furious when I did one session somewhere else and had instant color. I would have to go 7 days a week, in the best bed malibu has, and I still wouldn’t get half the color because they do not change the bulbs in their beds! And no, corona cannot be to blame. You can use that excuse this year, but what is your excuse for the rest of the years? Also notorious for changing one bulb in a bed and throwing the new bulbs sign up for the next 3 months. Prices for packages are ridiculous too. I left and signed up at tiki tan. I pay half the price I did at malibu and I even get red light therapy included in the price there! I have been a customer on and off for about 15 years here. I recently went out of town and decided to tan elsewhere. I can tell you I was furious when I did one session somewhere else and had instant color.
