I just got a sunbed membership here. They have rebranded and it’s called, “Palm Beach Tan” now. The employee was kind, polite, and explained everything to me. The entire facility was spotless. The bed was freshly sanitized, protective eyewear was supplied, and they had a nice fan facing into the bed so the tanning part was great! So far, so good. My only complaint; the cheapest lotion available cost more than my start up and membership fees combined!! I realize, however, that’s not entirely their fault. It just sucks! I have sent out a few refer a friend invitations that offer either a free week of tanning or one sunless tan. Tomorrow, my best friend will find out if it’s truly a free offer or if there are other conditions, specifically, any fees required to honor the invitation. I will update about this when we find out!

Great staff and varirty of beds and other services. Always clean and great deals. If you can’t pay they simply pause your account with no charge or fees. You will never go in debt or owe anything you couldn’t pay. It simply pauses your account for the time being until you can continue paying your regular fee. You can upgrade and any time and they won’t try to suck your wallet dry, they’re honest and always super helpful and laid back =)

Have been using Malibu for years but recently took a break. Barbara was able to sign me back up and get me a great deal since I wanted to tan and do the red light beds. Jessica is also always super friendly and helps me figure out what will give me the best tan! highly recommend this location.

I joined Malibu Tan back at the first of the year and have never regretted my decision! The staff are outstanding and more than willing to help or answer questions. I referred my friend who is also member now as well. I will definitely refer more people!

I love coming here! I have been a happy customer for years here and the staff is always helpful and friendly. The beds are clean and I have seen staff cleaning them. This is the best location of Malibu Tan that I have visited.

I actually go to Sun Kissed Tan, which is now owned by Malibu. However, I’ve gone to Malibu on 2094 in South Shore also. Both places have very friendly staff and are also very clean. I <3 the Sun Kissed location because the beds are awesome!

OK first off I would like to say the people that work there are so rude. I have never felt so unwelcomed at a place in my life. Every time I walk in there no one says anything to me except can I have your name. I walked in the other day and was not spoken too. A guy walked in behind me and was greeted as soon as he walked in. I got a spray tan there on a Friday I woke up the next day and I looked like I had a freckles all over my body. It was terrible not to mention I had a wedding to go to that day. I went back to the salon and I told someone that worked there and she instantly told me that the manager named “Taylor” who was only 19 said that there was nothing that she could do about it. She apparently had just got off the phone with her about the same issue. Obviously I wasn’t the first person to come in and complain. I didn’t want anything for free but PLEASE offer to fix it or at least SOMETHING…I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. The girls that work there are very stuck up. You always have to wait a really long time without anyone saying Im sorry for the wait we’ll be with you shortly…no thank you for being patient NOTHING. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Not for tanning or spray tan. Its a waste of money you will be very disappointed. Corporate needs to do a little cleaning and I don’t mean spring cleaning I mean cleaning of employees and managers. If they did that I might consider going back…nevermind…no I won’t. IT IS TERRIBLE.

I feel like all the reviews written for this particular Malibu Tan must be written by the employees themselves. This is a terrible place to start a membership. I had an assistant manager lie about the memberships saying they were month to month and I could cancel it on June 1rst. I came in that day to cancel and an employee told me you had to pay at least 3 months until you could cancel. No one did anything to figure out a solution. Instead they gave me corporates number. Also I went to get a versa spray and it didn’t finish all 4 sprays because it was out. Instead of the manager giving me a rain check, he told me to come back the next day! Are you kidding me? Its ran by teenagers who don’t know what they’re doing half of the time. No wonder why they have “Now Hiring” signs up repeatedly. Don’t waste your time here.

I used Natalie today and she was really good. I don’t know the technique each waxer uses but I’ve been using European Wax Center for years and she is by far the BEST waxer I’ve had. The waxing was painless and all hair was removed without any irritation. I got a full face wax and brazilian. I recommend Natalie!
