Closed during business hours 4 times in the last 4 weeks. They said the last one was for reasons of family emergency which is understandable. But what about the other 3 times? I don’t want to frequent a business that is repeatedly not open when they say they will be open. Today they said they will be opening late at 12 (supposed to open at 11) but it’s 12:10 and they’re still not open. The workers are nice but that doesn’t count for much when they are not there. Disappointing…

They have great staff! The downfall is they’re not always open when they say they’re going to be open. Since I started tanning here a couple of months ago there’s been several instances when I have gone to tan at 11:00 a.m. when they’re supposed to be open and nobody is there. Very inconvenient. Super clean place. Staff is fairly friendly. The huge plus here, is that you’ll feel like you’re the only person who goes here. Three months and I’ve literally never had to wait. They’ll pause your account too, for $5, which they just put towards your next months bill. Super legit place.
