All I can say is wow! Customer service was amazing. And the girl who did my nails was super nice and did my nails so amazing. She also worked me into her schedule last minute because I really wanted my nails done for my birthday! They pedicure was also simple but still so relaxing. My sister also got her nails and pedicure done too and she loved them. Maybe too long for her liking but it was beautiful!! I’ve looked everywhere up here in Iowa who could do the colored acrylic nails with nail art like I would get in Vegas and finally found a place. I’ll definitely be back!! Such a friendly environment, warm and welcoming. All the staff enjoyed keeping conversation, while still giving you the most amazing work. I mean like 110%, I’m above and beyond happy with them. My mom is a diabetic and she even loved them and had no pain. Also the bathroom actually WORKS!! And the new owner is redecorating and is doing an amazing job. ☺️

The nail artists were very attentive to my nails and the rest of my 5 person group. We made a reservation the day of and only had to wait for a little bit. They were talkative and even showed us pictures of their new dog after our nails were done. I live far away from this place and the distance is no problem for the service here. Would totally recommend. Plus, the prices are fair so it makes this experience better.

Horrible customer service!! Over priced. I got a dip manicure and a french pedicure. $110! My pedi looked unfinished, like no top coat was applied, she barely spoke two words to me my entire service, and she seemed annoyed. They don’t care that you aren’t pleased, ohhh and they upcharge for everything. I won’t be back. Don’t waste your time or money!

They called me to reschedule my appointment so my nails ended up breaking and chipping, which is fine, it was for a very valid reason but when I came in on my only day off this month with 3 weeks of growth, that I specifically have off to get them fixed, they didn’t even have me scheduled. On the day THEY asked me to come in on.
