I made an appointment a few days ago for a massage and when I drove 23 minutes out of the way, they were closed. Why couldn’t I get a call not to come so that I can make room for other obligations??? This was an inconvenience and I am very disappointed that I wasted my gas to get no service. That is rude. Advice: Treat people how you want to be treated. I was really looking forward to this because I have been in a lot of pain .

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI have went to see Ploy for several months now. She is a great therapist but I recently called and requested for her and was told that “she doesn’t like to massage the same people”. I was very confused and thrown by this seeing as how I always tip well and never had an issue with getting a massage from her before. I’m not sure if she no longer wants to massage me because my last visit there I went to the therapist my husband sees “Thongs” because he said she was good and I wanted to see how her massage was. I am a massage therapist my self and would never turn down a client because “I don’t like to massage the same people” and would never not want to accept a client who wanted to try a different therapist ONE TIME. I was very confused and thrown by this seeing as how I always tip well and never had an issue with getting a massage from her before. I just had an amazing massage by Ann.. amazing. I didn’t catch the Woman’s name at the front desk but she was extremely polite and helpful. They both had really positive energy to be closing in 2 hours. I digress, I received a 90 min Thai oil massage that rejuvenated my back and legs. I sit a lot at work and Ann really worked my problem areas with perfect pressure and effective technique while remaining anchored in her professionalism in a peaceful atmosphere.
