Admittedly, I was 10 minutes late to my haircut (I called ahead to let them know). When I got there, Josh was giving himself a touch-up with a buzzer and the woman who I was supposed to see, was sitting in the chair on her phone. I was turned away and they still charged me for the full price of the haircut. He told me I could reschedule and spend another $25… hilarious. Maybe one day, they’ll realize this practice does more harm than good. I would be back month after month giving them $25 for a haircut.
