Critical: ProfessionalismSo this is a walk in location and always has been. well I guess since there’s a pandemic they would prefer you to have an appointment. My son and I walked in for him to get a haircut that he was very much looking forward to at around 3:47 p.m. . The location closes at 5:00 p.m. there were two women in there neither of whom were tending to a client. They both stated that they have 4:00 appointments and cannot see him for his little boy haircut. Now we have been there in the past and the type of cut he gets takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes. Definitely no longer than 15 minutes. They did not so much as offer to squeeze us in after they’re 4:00 or offer to call me if a 4:00 appointment did not show up let alone just put him in the chair and cut his hair. For all they knew their 4:00 would be running late or be totally understanding that someone was still in the chair for a few minutes before their appointment was able to be filled. Overall though, what struck me enough to write this review, was the sheer lack of professionalism and politeness on the part of these two embittered human beings. So when I let them know how I felt and suggested calling someone in our situation if one of the appointments did not show up they simply mumbled and grunted and offered no sincere apology or solution. I have been content with the extremely mediocre haircuts my boy has received there in the past because hey it’s relatively cheap and they are always very accommodating and nice.
