I started going to the Dallas location this year. I had Emily and I’ve continued to only go to her ever since. Emily is really amazing! I’ve gone to her for three different services now and every time she gets exactly what I want and it always turns out better than expected. I always make an appointment online just to ensure my spot in case they’re really busy. Highly recommend!

First off i do have to say they are a 5stars in cleanliness and i have never been treated badly. The girl i had was verrrry nice…but the haircut was not good, she said she’d do a dry cut before coloring to save on color batches i have to pay for, which is very smart. But she never went back n fixed it, she asked is it ok n it wasalready blow dried, i really need a wet cut. The colors the worst ( and highest I’ve EVER paid!) I have ever got. Bright red on top n sides, where the gray was, n the rest the color i wanted. No other place had problems doing this, making sure the top wld match. I literally got made fun of when i went home n had to go to Sally’s to buy stuff to fix it! And ok so she gave me a dry cut n one color batch( hair is to shoulders)… so where exactly does $140 add up??! I was scheduled for 2 n half hrs for cut n color and was done in one hour. Quickest i ever had my hair done too. I really like the girl, i tipped her but i can’t help feeling taken advantage of w the price and extremely disappointed w the color, which may i add, she did offer to try n fix it w toning n re coloring…which i wld have to pay for. My husband wouldn’t even bring me here again if i paid him!

The place is always clean. The employees are always polite and respectful. Sometimes they are able to accept walk-ins. Lately I’ve been requesting Emily because she and I have similar hair texture. She understands what I need to manage my hair & does a great job. I’m always happy with my Malcolm’s cut no matter who does it.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMalcolm’s haircutters in Dallas is an Awesome place clean friendly Michelle Melanie and Lisa have all done my hair.I had Melanie on my last visit I love that they are all so proactive with all of the cleanliness, I have always thought that but now with All the restrictions I feel safe and at ease to go to the salon and know they will always have a clean safe place for me to go for my colors, hilights and cuts they are awesome I love that I have all three of them to choose from based on my schedule I love these ladies! I would recommend them to anyone always I always leave feeling great with fabulous hair. I used to come here as a kid. I came back a little while back for a haircut and they did a very good job. I’ll be honest i don’t remember who cut my hair but she did a very good job and was very nice and pleasant to talk to. Thank you for the great cut. And They also handled all covid protocols very well.
